I am following the advice from Dr. Pizzorno for myself and I am inviting friends and family to join with me. This is a 8-10 week plan and the first few weeks are just getting ready. So get ready! This is a start of a page just for family, friends and friends of friends that want to explore improving health through detox.
It will be a simple page because I wasted a lot of time trying to make it fancy!
The general idea is:
1. The bad news is that there are over 8000 toxins known to cause health troubles
2. The good news is that our bodies have methods to detoxify and get rid of these toxins.
3. The bad news is that there are many ways that our body can get overwhelmed and not function well with this.
a. Toxin load is just too much
b. Body doesn't have all the nutrients ness. for the detox work
c. Genetics of some have a diminished ability to function and the toxins have even lessened the already low level.
