What a wonderful way to start the month. 🌊

This morning, like I do every month, I created the labyrinth in the sand… but today was a little different.

The beach was covered with sargassum (seaweed), and as I started creating the path I realized — isn’t this just like life?

Sometimes the sand beneath our feet is smooth and the path feels clear. Other times there are obstacles, messy places, and things we have to step through.

But the journey continues. 💙

The seaweed didn’t stop the labyrinth from being created, just like the challenges in our lives don’t have to stop us from moving forward.

We walk.We release.We find gratitude.We begin again.

What a beautiful reminder from Mother Nature today. 🌿🌊

You are worthy. You are loved. You are enough.

One of my favorite moments from last night's Blue Moon Ritual was watching our release bowl be poured into the ocean.

Each person had the opportunity to release a worry, a fear, a limiting belief, or something they were ready to let go of. As the blue water flowed into the sea, it was a reminder that we do not have to carry everything alone.

Sometimes healing begins when we share our burdens, allow ourselves to be supported, and trust that it's okay to let go.

You do not have to do it alone. 💙🌊🌕

Last night’s Blue Moon Ritual was a beautiful reminder that what we focus on matters.

Using Lapis Lazuli, meditation, and our magic blue fizzy water release, we explored how focusing only on the negative can cloud our vision and cause us to miss the beauty and possibilities around us.

Together, we released what no longer serves us and chose to see life through a new lens—one of gratitude, hope, and wonder.

Yesterday’s Lunch & Learn turned into a beautiful little lesson in self-worth, healing, and community… all over pizza and crafts with the amazing women of ADA Women’s Center. 💜

We started by talking about where we keep our special things. Then we turned that inward…
What special qualities do we each hold inside ourselves?
Where do we keep them safe?
And what can we do so no one can take them away?

As we created our little treasure dishes, so many meaningful lessons unfolded around the table. We talked about how fragile the paper felt while we were layering and sealing it down… and how sometimes life feels that way too. But with patience, care, and preservation, beauty begins to reveal itself.

We talked about choosing colors that make us feel happy and peaceful… and how important it is to choose people, places, and experiences in life that make us feel supported and loved as well.

There were lessons in patience, healing, creativity, and connection… all wrapped into one sweet afternoon of pizza, laughter, and beautiful community.

So grateful for these women and the space we continue to create together. 💜

Christmas in July is coming up on July 16th for the women of ADA Women’s Center 💜

This is one of our favorite annual events and such a beautiful opportunity to remind these women that they are seen, supported, and cared for by our community.

We will be providing dinner, a gift exchange, and stocking bags for all 14 women. We love being able to bless each woman with several gifts to make the evening feel extra special.

If you would like to donate, we would be so grateful.
The individual gifts do not have to be the same, but the stocking stuffer items do need to match for each stocking bag.

You are also welcome to come help at the party, serve dinner, help with the gifts, and spend time loving on these amazing women. 💜

Thank you for helping us remind these women that they are worthy, loved, and enough.

Last night at Herb & Smudge, we gathered for our New Moon Ritual & Sound Bath under the energy of new beginnings. 🌑✨

Rose started the evening with a beautiful New Moon tea blend that wrapped us in warmth and intention from the very beginning. We grounded ourselves in the large standing singing bowl, feeling the vibrations move through our bodies and settle our energy.

This month we switched things up a bit by tuning into our chakra system to help guide and set our intentions for this moon cycle. Each chakra invited us to reflect on different areas of our lives — from feeling grounded and safe, to speaking our truth and trusting our intuition.

Our altar dish was filled with Holy Basil and seven crystals, each one supporting a different chakra and intention. Such a beautiful reminder that healing and growth happen layer by layer, energy by energy.

Thank you to everyone who shared space, energy, and intention with us last night. 💜 A big thank you to Barbara for always assisting me.

Every morning I’ve started turning taking my vitamins and medication into a moment of intention instead of just a routine.

As each one drops into my little “Be Happy” bowl and makes its tiny sound, I speak life over myself.“I am healthy.”“My body gets stronger every day.”“I deserve healing, peace, and joy.”

I add different affirmations, depending on what my day is bringing.

What once felt like a task now feels like a ritual of gratitude, healing, and self-love. 💜

Sometimes healing begins with the smallest moments… and the words we choose to speak over ourselves.
