Hi, I’m Hope. My journey as a teacher actually began long before yoga. For nearly a decade, I taught Zumba and group fitness and loved the energy, connection, and community that came with helping people move. Yoga entered my life when my own back began asking me to move differently. What started as something I added to my fitness routine became something I genuinely fell in love with—and eventuall
y felt called to teach. Over the years, my teaching has continued to evolve. These days, I’m much less interested in how a pose looks and much more interested in how you feel while you’re here. I especially love welcoming beginners and people who aren't quite sure they belong in a yoga class. You don't need to be flexible. You don't need experience. And you certainly don't need to know what you're doing before you arrive. Creating that safety and trust has become one of my favorite parts of teaching. My classes blend gentle, accessible movement with meditation, relaxation, breath, and plenty of permission to simply pause. Sometimes we move. Sometimes we get quiet. Sometimes we sit together on the beach and watch the sun come up or the moon rise. There's no performance here. Just a place to breathe, move, pause—and come exactly as you are.
