The is a run we do as a family. The foundation does beautiful work. The community comes together and residents come out and support and cheer. This morning to me was such a reminder of how beautiful life can be when we show up. We show up for ourselves and for others with the reminder that life is not a race but a journey. A beautiful journey where we get to grow, let go of old stories, explore and push past self doubt by getting out of our comfort zone. Remembering to slow down when we need to and to cheer and each other up. Life is beautiful when we remember it’s not a competition, when we remember it’s not about the finish line! ❤️
