There’s something about pre-Fall mornings in September that drive us to get out and enjoy a run or 7.
But in order to enjoy it over and again, you’ve got to put in some work in isolation to ensure your parts are ready.
One of those parts are the calf muscles. And they’re parts that runners commonly crave to Stretch, but also neglect to Load (running doesn’t count as loading).
Well at least, not if it’s something you want to keep doing long term.
