✨ Midweek Spotlight: Handmade Wellness Favorites ✨
Welcome to the very first Midweek Spotlight! The next couple months I’ll be sharing a weekly post to get a closer look at some of the products you’ll find at Abide & Bloom Mercantile, giving you a chance to learn what makes each one so special.
This week, I’m highlighting my Essential Oil Rollers and Bath Tub Teas—two collections designed to bring a little peace, comfort, and intentional self-care into your everyday routine. 🌿🤍
My Essential Oil Rollers are handcrafted with pure essential oils and nourishing a carrier oil, making them easy to use whenever you need a moment of calm or support throughout your day. Whether you’re winding down before bed, looking for relief after a long day, or wanting an uplifting boost, there’s a blend for you. I currently offer six unique roller blends: Rooted Relief, Joyful Spirit, Heavenly Calm, Faithful Fix, Shield of Health, and Graceful Ease. Each blend is thoughtfully created with a specific purpose in mind, so you can simply roll on, breathe deeply, and enjoy the natural benefits of essential oils wherever life takes you.
My Bath Tub Teas are one of my favorite ways to slow down and create a peaceful evening routine. Each tea is handcrafted with Epsom salt and a beautiful combination of dried flowers and botanicals to create a relaxing, spa-like soak right at home. Just place the tea bag into your warm bath and let it steep while you soak away the stress of the day—without worrying about loose herbs floating in the tub. I currently offer three calming blends: Still Waters, Summer Garden, and Sacred Bloom, each with its own unique blend of dried flowers and soothing ingredients to help you rest, refresh, and recharge.
