🌿 "Can you tell what this plant is"?

I'll admit...years ago, I probably would have walked right past it.

Today, I stop and smile because I know it's "mullein".

Funny how we call something a w**d simply because it's growing where we didn't expect it.

This beautiful plant has been used for centuries to support respiratory health, attracts beneficial insects, and even helps improve the soil with its deep taproot.

The more I farm, the more I realize that nature doesn't make many mistakes—we're just quick to label things before we understand them.

Maybe it's time we gave a few "w**ds" a little more respect. 💚

Fresh cacao pods just arrived at Little Logan’s Farm — 100% grown in Puerto Rico. These are incredibly rare here in the Hudson Valley and honestly one of my favorite things I’ve ever brought to market.

Crack one open and you’ll find sweet tropical pulp and raw cacao beans inside. The real thing.
