Why We Need a Transportation Van?
We are raising funds to purchase a dedicated transportation van for LEI Community Outreach. This van will serve as a lifeline connecting our participants to our Sunday programs, workforce training sessions, shelter resources, job interviews, and educational opportunities.
With a dedicated van, we will be able to:
• Transport homeless individuals to our Sunday laundry and skills programs safely and reliably
• Provide rides for shelter program participants to classes, job interviews, and certification testing
• Expand our outreach by reaching underserved areas where individuals have no other means of access
• Increase program attendance, completion rates, and overall life outcomes for those we serve
• Deliver supplies and resources to communities in need during special outreach initiatives
This is not just a vehicle; it is a vessel of hope, opportunity, and forward momentum.

We hope everyone had a wonderful Juneteenth and Father's Day weekend filled with family, reflection, and celebration.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth in Downtown Garland and supported our mission of bridging the gaps to stability. Because of your generosity, we raised $484.99 to help individuals and families take meaningful steps toward a brighter future. Your donations can provide clean laundry services for up to 125 individuals or 75 families, giving theme the confidence and dignity needed to attend interviews, secure employment, and continue their journey toward self sufficiency. These funds may also help cover certification classes through Dallas College for individuals experiencing homelessness who are actively working through shelter programs and rebuilding their lives. Every dollar donated represents hope, opportunity , and a community that believes in lifting others up. Together, we are helping people move from surviving to thriving.
