Position: Associate Designer
Salary: Negotiation or $4000-$6000
+ Apply conceptual thinking and creativity to complex design problems from conception to production for site, app, email, banner ads and other marketing initiatives
+ Partner with other creative team members to unite the visual style consistency across the brand
+ Daily collaboration with the marketing, merch and product teams to execute projects across all platforms
+ Self-starter who can manage and track production process for all designs
- You'll Need:
+ Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of hands-on experience working for an in-house brand or agency
+ Well organized, detail and solutions oriented
+ Strong conceptual thinker with design sensibilities around user experience, infographics, illustrations etc.
+ Positive attitude and no ego - happy to do digital ad production when needed
+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be a collaborative team player
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
+ Proficiency with HTML and CSS a plus, but not required
+ Past experience working for a Lifestyle or Fashion company a plus, but not required
