Azina Place, Inc. Azina Place, Inc. is licenced by Texas Health and Human Services Commission to provide Home and Community based Services (HCS) in all counties in Texas.

We provide supportive services to people that would like to live in their own home or with loved ones. We strive to eliminate or prevent institutionalization to all people with disabilities. The goal is to provide tools needed to move beyond barriers that limit our beliefs.
