We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for a full-time on-site position at our practice in Garner, NC. The Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant will provide patient-centered care, including conducting medical examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and prescribing appropriate medications and therapies. Responsibilities include assessing patient histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care. Additionally, the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will play a key role in educating patients about health management and preventive care.
Qualifications
Proficiency in conducting patient assessments, diagnosing conditions, and providing treatment plans
Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment
Relevant certifications and licenses to practice as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in the state of North Carolina
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and clinical documentation
A demonstrated commitment to patient care, safety, and delivering high-quality outcomes
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification and a Master’s degree in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or certification as a Physician Assistant.
