You're doing all the things...
Eating well, exercising, hydrating, prioritizing sleep, taking some supplements, maybe even meditating or going to therapy...
But it doesn't feel like it's enough, or that it's working the way you expected.
You're STILL always tired, irritable, overstimulated, and feel like you can't cope with stress— whether it's managing the day-to-day load of motherhood, recovering from workouts, or winding down at night to actually get good sleep.
So you understandably wonder, "what's the point?"
Before you throw in the towel or just keep spinning your wheels and only burning yourself out *more*...
Maybe there's simply something deeper going on that needs your attention...
WHAT MY CLIENT'S HTMA SHOWED:
-Low copper, a key mineral for energy production, thyroid health, and iron usage in the body
(Which means iron can get stuck in the tissues and cause oxidative stress rather than transport oxygen and help make energy, which was also apparent by her high iron level)
-High phosphorus and chromium, signs of blood sugar instability and low protein intake
-Low ratio of sodium to both potassium and magnesium, signaling chronic stress, yet low adrenal function and poor stress resilience
But she wouldn't have known this without testing.
And best of all, she wouldn't have a specific plan to help support her body more intentionally through food and supplements, so that she can start feeling better and handling the stress she's under without it always exhausting her.
Mineral deficiencies are very common root causes of symptoms for moms.
But even when depletion isn't showing up, there are usually snowball effects of the body trying to compensate for too long.
Mineral testing is the best way to uncover these patterns and see exactly what's going on in your body so you can get the most out of what you're already doing.
👋🏼 I'm booking my FINAL 1:1 clients spots for summer now!
