Don’t just count your reps—make your reps count.
Slow down the movement and focus on proper form. Control the weight on the way up and especially on the way down. That controlled lowering phase builds strength, improves muscle definition, and helps reduce the risk of injury.
Remember:
✅ Quality over quantity
✅ Full range of motion
✅ Consistent effort beats occasional intensity
The best workout isn’t the one where you lift the heaviest weight—it’s the one that helps you come back stronger tomorrow.
