🏃‍♀️🏈 Fall sports are back!⚽⛳

With practices, uniforms, helmets, pads, and lots of sweating, athletes may notice more:

• Acne on the face, chest & back
• Chafing and irritation

A few simple habits can help: shower as soon as possible after practice, change out of sweaty clothes, don't share towels or personal items, and wash uniforms regularly.
