A new month is a perfect excuse to slow down, stretch it out, and do something that makes you feel GOOD.

Join Yoga-45 this Saturday, September 5 from 10–11 AM for Yoga & Beer at Snowbelt Brewing Co. 💛

Our Yoga & Beer class is fun, lighthearted, and great for ALL levels. No fancy poses. No pressure. Just an hour to move your body, clear your mind, laugh a little, and enjoy some pretty great company.

There may not be a Yoga-45 class this weekend, but that doesn’t mean you can’t take a few minutes for **YOU**.

✨ **Your Yoga-45 Weekend Challenge: The 5-5-5** ✨

🧘 **5 minutes** — Stretch your body. Nothing fancy. Just move in whatever way feels good.

🌿 **5 slow breaths** — Close your eyes, relax your shoulders, and really breathe.

💛 **5 things** — Think of five things you’re grateful for right now. They can be big, tiny, serious, or silly.

That’s it.

No perfect pose.
No special equipment.
No expectations.

Just a few quiet minutes to remind yourself that taking care of YOU counts, too.
