During the month of September, I'll be leading a sound healing class at Black Hawk College on Fridays at 10:00 a.m.- noon where we'll learn a bit more about how it works, and have a full sound bath at each session.

In October, I'll be teaching a beginning Native American Flute course on Fridays from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. (you will need to purchase a flute, and a link to the options are listed on Black Hawk's site below). This class is for people who have never played this instrument before!

I'll be offering free short sound healing/sound massages at NOSH at this event this Saturday 12-3!

Just finished a collaboration Sound Bath with my teacher Natalie Brown, April Wheeler Pope, and Jeet from Om Gifts in Iowa City at this year’s Harmony Festival in Cedar Rapids! It was an absolute blast. I am grateful to have been a part of it!

I'm excited to be facilitating a Sound Healing Journey entitled Deep Body Connection & Sound this Saturday at Noon at Harmony Fest (https://www.harmonyfestival.net/) in Cedar Rapids! Also, I'll be in a sound healing collaboration with April Wheeler Pope, Jeet Saini, and Natalie Brown on Saturday evening at 6:00 p.m. Harmony Festival features multiple yoga and sound healing sessions per hour beginning Friday night and concluding Sunday morning. I've been finishing my training of private session sound healing with test clients, and it's been quite a ride having learned so much in the 30 or so sessions I've had so far. Received a great testimonial recently:
