Boutique Ink Kelly Hemmerich
Permanent Makeup Artist/Certified SofTap Instructor “Growing up overseas, I developed an interest in art & fashion.

I received my first cosmetic tattoo at the age of 18, and what a great feeling it was not to worry that I might smudge off my eyebrow and be embarrassed. My confidence soared and I went back for more. I decided to channel my interests into a career in permanent cosmetic artistry, which has been very rewarding. Now I can follow my true passion and help others facing the same issues I had.”
"I enjoy seeing my clients face and reaction after the procedure, and the amazing transformation. A little bit of color can go a long way and help boost a persons confidence." Procedures being offered;
