Hey I’m taking a class post surgery recovery with massage and I still need 2 people to work on during class . If you are more than 6 months post surgery and would like a gentle healing experience I would love to have you in my session
Sessions will be at Hälsa and the times I need to fill are Tuesday June 23rd at 4.45-6.15 and Thursday 25 at 4-5.30

Too much sun? Here’s how aromatherapy can support your cool-down routine. ☀️

After a long day outside, your skin may need extra care. For sun-kissed skin, Marja recommends three essential oils to know:

Lavender: traditionally loved for soothing, skin-supportive care
Eucalyptus: refreshing and cooling
Peppermint: cooling, but best used very sparingly and properly diluted

For a gentle after-sun routine, try adding a few drops of lavender or eucalyptus to an unscented lotion, aloe gel, or carrier oil. Apply lightly after a cool shower, avoiding broken, blistered, or severely irritated skin.

Essential oils should never be applied directly to sunburned skin without dilution. For severe burns, blistering, fever, chills, or intense pain, seek medical care.

Safety Tip: The American Academy of Dermatology recommends cool baths/showers, moisturizer with aloe or soy, extra water, and medical attention for severe blistering or systemic symptoms.
