Most golfers want more distance.
But the mistake is chasing speed without building the body that can actually handle it.
If your hips, shoulders, or upper back do not move well…
If you do not have enough strength…
If you cannot control your positions…
If you cannot transfer force into the swing…
Then trying to swing faster usually just means more compensation.
And eventually, something starts talking.
Back. Hip. Neck. Elbow. Shoulder.
That is why gaining speed the right way is not just about swinging harder.
It is about building the body first.
Mobility gives you access.
Strength builds the engine.
Stability gives you control.
Transfer work connects it to the swing.
Speed and power training help you use it.
When done properly, training for distance should also set your body up for longevity.
Because the goal is not just to hit it farther one time.
The goal is to keep playing strong for years.
DM me DISTANCE if you want to know what your body needs to create more speed without guessing.
