Okay, reveal time. 👀
Before you read all three, go straight to the word you picked first.
Then read the one you were least drawn to. That part might be interesting too!
STEADY
If Steady caught you first, you may not be looking for excitement right now. You may be looking for something you can finally trust.
This can show up when you’ve spent too much time adapting, waiting, reacting, or wondering what comes next.
You may be craving routines that hold, people who mean what they say, decisions you don’t have to keep questioning, or a version of life that doesn’t require you to stay mentally “on” all the time.
The deeper question:
Are you creating stability…or staying somewhere simply because uncertainty feels worse?
There’s a difference.
SPARK
If Spark grabbed you, this may be less about “starting something new” and more about wanting to feel awake again.
Sometimes we notice Spark when life has become functional but flat.
You’re doing what needs to be done. Going through the motions. Keeping things moving.
But some part of you wants curiosity, attraction, creativity, excitement, movement, or something that makes you think, there I am.
The deeper question:
Are you looking for another distraction…or is something in you genuinely asking to come back to life?
Those can feel surprisingly similar at first.
SHIFT
If Shift pulled you first, you may already know something is changing before you have language for what it is.
This one often feels like being between versions of yourself.
Something that once fit doesn’t quite fit anymore, but what comes next isn’t completely formed either.
You may notice yourself questioning old priorities, losing interest in things you once chased, seeing certain relationships differently, or feeling strangely restless even though nothing dramatic has happened.
The deeper question:
Are you waiting for external permission to acknowledge a change you’ve already made internally?
Because sometimes the shift happens inside long before life catches up.
And here’s the part I’m curious about:
Did your original word describe where you ARE…or what you feel like you’re missing?
Those are two very different answers.
Tell me yours below. I want to see whether there’s a pattern in what everyone chose. 👀
And if these little experiments are your kind of thing, follow along. I want to take them deeper than the usual “pick a word and get a generic meaning” posts. ✨
