This is a question I'm often asked.
It is sometimes part of what naturally unfolds when I’m holding sacred space for someone.
It simply happens. Not always. But, sometimes.
During an energy session, or even while giving someone an energetic facial ( whilst wearing my Esthetician cap), a loved one who has passed may present themselves.
This is how mediumship tends to come through me.
Often, it begins as a loving presence. I’ve noticed over the years that masculine energy tends to appear on my right side, while feminine energy tends to appear on my left. Along with the feeling of the energy itself, this is often one of the first ways I recognize who may be present.
Sometimes I’ll receive an image of them..perhaps at a particular age or stage of their life. Sometimes I’ll notice details about their appearance. Jewelry comes through often. Sometimes a song will suddenly play in my mind.
These details can be a way of identifying who is present, or they may carry meaning connected to the relationship.
Sometimes the message is simply a feeling of: I'm close. I love you.
It almost always brings a smile,
tears, a breath of recognition.
I always ask permission before sharing what I’m experiencing.
Recently, while giving a client an energetic facial, I felt a male presence come forward. I shared what I was sensing with her permission.
She immediately recognized him as her father.
What made the moment especially beautiful was the timing.
Just the day before, her family had chosen a destination where they would finally release his ashes, which they had been holding onto for some time.
It felt like such a tender moment of connection.
This is one of the things I love about working in sacred space.
We create a space for healing, for presence, for what is ready to be felt, and sometimes, something beyond what we can see makes itself known.
I simply listen and feel.
And what comes through is love.
A reminder that the bonds we share don’t necessarily end when someone leaves this physical life.
Sometimes they simply find another way to let us know:
I’m still here. 💖
