James has worked with us in the past and brings over 10 years of massage therapy experience to the treatment room. He is a kind, caring, professional therapist who truly listens to his clients and customizes each session around what their body needs.

Beginning in October, we will be opening additional availability with James, including Saturdays and half-day Fridays.

A Personal Update to My Clients

Dear Clients,

As many of you know, I’ve been struggling with my hips—and limping around the treatment room—for quite some time. I’ve finally reached the point where I need to take the advice I give so many of you and make my own health a priority.

Beginning October 3rd, I will be taking October, November, and December off to undergo and recover from two hip replacement surgeries, one for each hip. It’s not easy for me to step away from my clients and the business for this long, but this is a much-needed investment in my health and my ability to continue doing the work I love.

If You Are Currently Scheduled
Over the next few weeks, either Courtney or I will be personally contacting everyone who has appointments affected by my medical leave. Most of these calls will be made on the weekends or on Wednesdays, as my weekday schedule is currently very full. Please be patient with us as we work through the schedule and contact each of you individually.

All gift certificates, packages, and prepaid services will be extended, so please don't worry about losing any time or services while I am away.

I am continuing to look for another qualified massage therapist who may be able to help while I recover. I haven't found the right person yet, but I am still actively looking.

I plan to announce January booking in December, once I am further along in my recovery and have a better idea of my return date.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. After so many years of helping others care for their bodies, it’s time for me to give myself that same care.

✨ A Note to My Amazing Clients
First, thank you. Your trust, loyalty, and referrals have allowed me to build the practice I've always dreamed of. I truly appreciate each and every one of you.

As many of you know, I am currently booked through the end of this year, with only occasional openings when cancellations occur.

As a solo therapist, I can only provide a limited number of appointments each week while still giving every client the personalized care they deserve.
Because of this, I'm making a few changes for the upcoming year:

✔️ Recurring appointments are highly encouraged. If massage or therapeutic bodywork is part of your wellness routine, I recommend reserving a standing appointment—such as the first Tuesday of every month, every 6 weeks, or whatever schedule works best for you. This guarantees your place on my calendar and takes the stress out of trying to find an opening.

✔️ New gift card sales will be discontinued. With my schedule consistently booked months in advance, I never want someone to receive a gift they can't easily redeem. This decision allows me to better serve my established clients while avoiding disappointment for gift recipients.

If you're one of my regular clients and would like to reserve appointments for the coming year, please let me know at your next visit, send me a text, or contact the office. I will be happy to help create a recurring schedule that works best for you.

My 2027 schedule will be Tuesday -Thursday and every other Friday 9-6.

For the past seven years, I had the privilege of caring for Mrs. Jo Ash. Over that time, she became a dear friend, a wonderful source of encouragement, and someone whose kindness and generosity touched my life in ways she probably never realized.

Mrs. Jo always had a way of making you feel heard. She shared business wisdom, thoughtful advice, and unwavering encouragement that helped shape both me and my business.
She believed in me, challenged me to think differently, and celebrated every step forward.

I will always be grateful for the confidence she poured into me.
Anyone who knew Mrs. Jo knew her gentle spirit, her warm heart, and her genuine kindness. She was simply one of those rare people who made the world a better place just by being in it.

She loved having her spa day —a back scrub, a massage, and a facial.
I loved seeing her enjoy that combination so much that I created a signature service just for her: The Mrs. Jo Special. It became a permanent part of my menu years ago, and it always will be. Every time someone books that service, I'll think of her with a smile and remember the wonderful woman who inspired it.

People often think massage therapy is just about working on muscles, but it's so much more than that.

Over the years, clients become friends, and many become family. We celebrate life's happiest moments together, and we walk through its hardest ones too.
