A true depiction of what happens when a child hears you speak kind words about them. 🤍
She thought she was holding the phone while I recorded a video.
What she didn’t know was that the camera was actually on her.
Watch her face as she realizes I’m talking about her.
The widening eyes. The smile she can’t hold back. The way her whole expression softens.
Our words become part of our children’s inner voice.
Speak to them — and about them — in ways you hope they’ll one day learn to speak about themselves. 🤍

There’s something really special about the moments after a somatic practice.

The exhale. The softness. The laughter. The feeling of coming back into your body and realizing you don’t have to rush right back out of it. 🌿

This is the kind of space I’ve been dreaming about creating—one where women can slow down, feel, connect, learn their bodies, and be supported through all the seasons we move through.

And there is so much more coming. ✨
Over the next few months, I’ll be opening up more opportunities for:

🌙 Somatic practices + nervous system support
🌿 Somatic Birth Prep
🌸 Fertility Awareness + cycle education
🕯️ Women’s circles + gatherings
🤎 Prenatal + postpartum support
✨ Workshops centered around embodiment, cycles, motherhood + womanhood

Some will be intimate 1:1 work, some will be small groups, and some will simply be a reason for us to gather in this space together.

I’m really excited for what this little room is becoming.

This one feels especially full circle. Carin was my very first doula client, and she believed in me when I was just beginning this journey. Now, getting to make space for something she has created feels incredibly special. 🥹

Your nervous system doesn’t always know the difference between the past and the present until it’s given safety, support, and space to soften. 🌿

That’s where I come in.

As a full-spectrum doula and someone currently training to become a somatics educator, I support women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum by helping the body feel safe - not just the mind.

Sending a little piece of the ceremony ahead of me 🌿

Three upcoming closing of the bones journeys…
and before I even arrive, each woman is receiving an herbal bath to begin the softening.

A moment to pause.
To steep in warmth.
To let the body start remembering its way back home.

These aren’t just herbs,
they’re an invitation.

To be held.
To be witnessed.
To gently begin the transition from open to closed, from giving to receiving.

By the time I step through their doors,
the ritual has already begun ✨

There is something so special about this work
about tending to women in this threshold,
with slowness, intention, and deep reverence.

We had our second monthly play date yesterday🤍

Little feet running through the grass
Mamas exhaling on picnic blankets
Snacks shared, stories exchanged, babies passed from arms to arms

There’s something so grounding about gathering like this—
no pressure, no expectations… just being together.

This is the kind of space I dreamed of creating.
A place where you can show up exactly as you are—
tired, joyful, overwhelmed, in-between—
and be held in community.
