This page will now grow into my new wellness business: Naturally Rooted Nutrition & Wellness

I’m currently finishing my studies to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, where I’ll be able to guide and support others through nutrition in a way that feels realistic, nourishing, and truly individualized. And yes… I have a few more things up my sleeve that I can’t wait to share with you all!

We’re down to our final THREE days!

Stop on in and shop tons of discounted items—take up to 40% off select items throughout the store (excluding meat & eggs).

Hours:
✨ Thursday: 11–5
✨ Friday: 11–5
✨ Saturday (final day!): 9–4

We’ll also have fixtures and furniture for sale, so if you’ve had your eye on something, now’s your chance!

So many of you have reached out asking where you can still find my products and meat from the farm — and your support truly means the world to me.

As many of you know, life sometimes shifts us in directions we don’t fully expect. My path has led me back to my healthcare roots, and I’m currently finishing my studies to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I’m excited to share that I’m now working just a few doors down in the same plaza at Eutierria Wellness alongside Kristen Bernockie, NP and Jackie Finn, NP.

For those asking about my farm products, they will now be available right across the plaza at Sol Intentions, where you’ll meet Michelle Walker. Michelle offers an incredible range of services including polyvagal work, life coaching, reiki, red light therapy, sound bed therapy, and so much more.

It feels really special that even as things evolve, everything is still rooted right here in our little plaza community.
