Monday — Deep Belly Breathing 🌿

This week, we’re exploring breath work and energy — simple ways to notice how our breath can influence how we feel.

Today, try a few minutes of deep belly breathing.
Place your hands on your belly and take a slow breath in through your nose, allowing your belly to gently rise. As you exhale, feel your belly soften and fall.

Continue for a few breaths and simply notice.

Do you feel a little calmer?
Has your energy shifted?
Does your mind feel any different?

Our breath is always with us, but most of the time we hardly notice it. Taking even a few moments to breathe intentionally can be an opportunity to slow down, check in, and reconnect with ourselves.

Maybe give it a try today and see what you notice.

✨ Monday’s Classes
8:00 AM — Hot Vinyasa with Colin
9:30 AM — Hot 26: 60 with Rachel
11:00 AM — Sweaty Sculpt Yoga with Rachel

A new week, a few intentional breaths, and a little time on your mat.

Practicing Self-Compassion 💛

“Change can be challenging, so practice self-compassion. Acknowledge any discomfort with kindness and patience.”

We often give other people so much grace when they’re moving through change, yet expect ourselves to adjust immediately.

But change can bring all kinds of emotions — excitement, uncertainty, sadness, relief, even several of them at once. There’s no right way to feel and no timeline for finding your footing.

Today, notice how you speak to yourself when things feel uncomfortable or unfamiliar. Can you offer yourself the same patience and kindness you would give someone you love?

Sometimes self-compassion simply means allowing yourself to be exactly where you are while you find your way through what’s changing.

✨ Friday’s Classes
5:30 AM — Hot Vinyasa with Tabitha
9:30 AM — Sweaty Sculpt Yoga with Rachel D
11:00 AM — Warm Vinyasa with Rachel D
12:30 PM — Kundalini Yoga with Brenda

Give yourself a little grace today. You don’t have to have everything figured out. 💛

Adapting Your Routine 🌿

“Adaptability is key to navigating change. Today, make a small adjustment to your routine and embrace the difference.”

September often brings a natural shift in our routines. Kids head back to school, work and family schedules change, the days begin to get shorter, and cooler weather starts changing how we spend our time outdoors.

Even when we welcome these changes, it can take a little time to find our new rhythm.

Maybe your usual class time no longer works. Maybe mornings suddenly look different, or your evenings have become busier. Rather than seeing a change in routine as a disruption, what if we looked at it as an opportunity to create a new one?

Today, notice where a little flexibility might help. Try something different, give yourself time to adjust, and remember that finding a new rhythm is part of moving through change.

✨ Thursday’s Classes
5:30 AM — Hot Vinyasa with Tabitha
9:30 AM — Hot Vinyasa with Lana
11:00 AM — Hot 26: 60 with Rachel D
5:00 PM — Hot 26: 60 with Rachel H
6:30 PM — Sweaty Sculpt Yoga with Lana
8:00 PM — Sound Bath — A Nervous System Reset with Ricardo

Perhaps this September, a change in routine might even lead you to discover a new class, a new teacher, or a new favorite time to practice. 💛

Trying a New Perspective 🌿

“Seeing things from a new angle can make change easier to embrace. Today, look at a current situation from a different perspective.”

Sometimes the situation itself hasn’t changed at all — but the way we look at it can.

A challenge can become an opportunity to learn. An ending can make room for a beginning. Something that feels uncomfortable simply because it’s unfamiliar can eventually lead us somewhere we never expected.

Today, notice where you might be holding tightly to one version of the story. What happens if you look at it from another angle?

✨ Wednesday’s Classes
5:30 AM — Sweaty Sculpt Yoga with Rena
8:00 AM — Hot Vinyasa with Colin
9:30 AM — Sweaty Sculpt Yoga with Shabadrang
11:00 AM — Warm Vinyasa with Shabadrang
12:30 PM — Yin Yoga with Shabadrang
5:00 PM — Hot Vinyasa with Rachel H
6:30 PM — Hot 26: 90 with Rachel H

A different perspective doesn’t always change what’s happening — but it might change how we move through it. 💛

Tuesday — Letting Go of Control 🌿

“Change often requires flexibility. Today, practice letting go of control in a small way, allowing things to unfold naturally.”

This theme feels especially close to home for me right now. My girls have both left for college, and for the first time my two boys will be together at the same high school.

I love watching my kids spread their wings and step into their own lives. It’s exactly what we raise them to do. And still, there’s something tender about realizing how quickly the seasons of our lives change.

I’m learning to make space for both — the excitement of watching them grow and the sadness that comes with saying goodbye to a chapter I loved so much.

✨ Tuesday’s Classes
5:30 AM — Hot Vinyasa with Lana
9:30 AM — Sweaty Sculpt Yoga with Laura
11:00 AM — Hot 26: 60 with Laura
5:00 PM — Hot 26: 60 with Rachel H
6:30 PM — Sweaty Sculpt Yoga with Lana
8:00 PM — Restorative Yoga with Brenda

Maybe today’s practice is simply making room for both — the joy of what’s ahead and a little tenderness for what we’re leaving behind. 💛

✨ Reflecting on Joyful Presence

As the week comes to a close, take a moment to think about the little pockets of joy you found along the way.

Maybe it was laughter with someone you love. A beautiful morning. A great class. Time outside. A good cup of coffee. Or simply a moment when you slowed down enough to appreciate where you were.

Joy doesn’t always come from the big things.

Often, it’s already there in the ordinary moments — we just have to notice it. ✨

Today, reflect on what brought you joy this week and set an intention to keep looking for those moments in the week ahead.

🧘 10:00am Vinyasa + Meditation

🌿 Observing Nature with Curiosity

There’s something about being outside that invites us to slow down and really notice.

Today, spend a little time outdoors and look around with fresh eyes. Notice the colors, the sounds, the way the light moves through the trees, the breeze on your skin — all the little things we so often rush right past.

No agenda. Just curiosity.

See what happens when you give yourself a few moments to simply notice and enjoy where you are.

Saturday at Asha:
🔥 8:00am Hot Vinyasa • 75 min
🔥 10:00am Hot 26 • 90 min

A little movement. A little nature. A little joy. 🌿

✨ Embracing Spontaneity

Not everything has to be planned.

Today, shake up your routine just a little. Take a different route. Try something new. Say yes to an unexpected invitation. Take the class you don’t normally take. 😉

It doesn’t have to be a big change — sometimes doing something simply because you feel like it can bring a little freshness and joy into your day.

Notice how it feels to loosen the plan and leave a little room for the unexpected. ❤️

Friday at Asha:
🔥 5:30am Hot Vinyasa
💪 9:30am Sweaty Sculpt
🧘 11:00am Warm Vinyasa
✨ 12:30pm Kundalini
💪 5:00pm Sweaty Sculpt

Maybe today’s the day to try something different.

Monday – Setting Intentions

Growth doesn’t happen all at once.
It’s built in small, steady, intentional steps.
As we begin a new week, we’re invited to pause…
to listen…
to choose how we want to show up — on and off the mat.

Your practice today isn’t about doing more.
It’s about aligning with what matters.

✨ Reflection
Take a moment to identify one area of your life where you’d like to grow.
Keep it simple. Keep it honest.
Let that intention gently guide your actions this week.

9:30am — Hot 26
11:00am — Sweaty Sculpt
