Over the past several months, many clients have mentioned that it has been quite some time since my last rate adjustment. Looking back, I realized my rates have remained unchanged since 2023, which surprised even me.

As a small business owner, decisions like this are never made lightly. I have taken a careful and thoughtful look at every aspect before making this change, considering both the sustainability of my practice and the value I strive to provide to each client.

While I understand that a rate increase may not work for everyone, this adjustment is a necessary step in allowing me to continue offering the personalized care, experience, and quality of service that my clients have come to expect. I deeply appreciate your understanding, support, and trust, and I am truly grateful for each person who chooses to continue their wellness journey with me.
