I’ve had the honor of being a part of Heidi’s Reiki journey from Reiki I to Reiki II and now to Reiki Master Teacher, and it has been an absolute joy to witness!

Heidi, today you step into Master Teacher not as someone who has “arrived,” but as someone who has chosen devotion- devotion to your own healing, to integrity, and to the sacred responsibility of transmitting this work.

Becoming a Reiki Master Teacher is a big deal. It’s a choice to fully step into relationship with this energy and to share it with others. And you’ve stepped into it in such a grounded, real, heart-led way.

Heidi is a light. She is heart-centered and deeply committed to her own inner work. She is a well of wisdom, love, and steady support, already bringing her magic into the world in powerful ways.

This isn’t the end of the journey.
It’s just a deeper layer.
A deeper trust.
A deeper yes.

I was desperate for change. I’d tried everything and nothing was working. I was exhausted.

Enter ayahuasca.
It became a bridge back to my body, my inner world, my soul. It showed me what I’d been holding for so long and gave me the space to feel it, be with it, and release it.

It opened my intuition, my spiritual gifts, and reconnected me to the divine feminine within me. I came home to myself. What a gift.

Plant medicine isn’t for everyone. But with intention, integrity, and the right set and setting, it can be profoundly transformative.

Hello 48 🤍
Aging has been a gift. Somehow, each year feels more spacious, more honest, more alive.

This past year carried R A N G E- joy and confusion, expansion and rest, certainty and surrender. And I’ve learned that range is wisdom. It’s how I live, how I hold space, and how I move through the world now.

I often say I’m living a dream I didn’t even know to ask for. I never imagined this work, this depth of love for what I do, or the sacred privilege of offering it in some truly remarkable places. And yet…here I am.

Being a wife and a mom are the most important roles I hold. And walking alongside others as they remember their wholeness, step into healing, and create real change is an honor I never take lightly.

I feel deeply excited and so grounded as I begin to imagine and create what’s unfolding for 2026 and beyond.

And lastly, my forever gratitude to Dave- my anchor, my soft place to land, my partner in this life. I love you endlessly. Thank you for being such an incredible husband and the most beautiful dad to our kids. 🤍

✨ Congratulations to this beautiful soul on becoming a Reiki Practitioner! ✨

I’ve had the absolute honor of witnessing the deep, personal, sacred work she’s done to attune to her own energy and learn how to truly work with it. The shifts and little miracles that have unfolded since her Level 1 training have been incredible to watch!

Guiding her into this next phase, where she now holds space and channels energy for others, was such a gift.

I’m so excited for her journey ahead, and for all the people who will feel her love, integrity, and intuitive heart in their healing sessions💛
