My WHY?

✨ It impacts a parent’s mental health and long-term wellbeing.

But the biggest reason I am a Postpartum Doula & Newborn Care Specialist?

Because I’ve been there. I’ve stood in your shoes. I’ve experienced the hardship of postpartum mental illness; I’ve been lonely, exhausted, and overwhelmed. I’ve struggled to produce milk, I’ve changed countless diapers, I’ve felt the weight of the world on my fragile, healing shoulders. And I firmly believe that women, new parents, and growing families deserve more. They deserve a better experience.

There are so many ways a Doula can support you — from Birth to Postpartum, day and night.

1. Birth Doulas — where care and support begins in pregnancy, throughout your labor and delivery, and into your early postpartum period. From advocacy, to birth plans, to being a calm and consistent person in your corner, your Birth Doula will be there every step of the way.

2. Postpartum Doulas — With a range of services and specialties, a PPD may support your family day or night. Postpartum Doulas focus on the care of the entire family.

3. Nutrition Support — Nutrition trickles down, effecting mood, sleep, milk supply, and recovery. The PPD at can ensure that the entire family is eating nourishing meals. With the help of our Postpartum Menu, you won’t even have decision fatigue deciding what to make.

4. Lactation and Feeding — It’s a topic that every family has a question about. From milk transitioning, to supply concerns, to proper formula preparation, your Doula can guide you through what’s normal, what’s not, and when you need to meet with our IBCLC, .and.nectar.

5. Sleep and Routines — The Golden Egg of all services. We’re not magicians, so we can’t magically make your baby sleep perfect stretches, but we can offer guidance and reassurance. We can show you how to create healthy, independent sleep in safe spaces, and let you know what is normal, what to expect, and how to face challenges as they come.

6. Light Cleaning — We know the bottles stack up quickly, and that pump parts are always needed to washed. We know the dishwasher feels like it’s always running and laundry piles never disappear. A PPD is more than happy to help keep your space tidy, moving functionally, and never running out of essentials.

7. Emotional Support — Because sometimes you really do just need a hug, a good vent session, and validation that transitioning into parenthood is damn hard. This is why we’re here to begin with.
