We’re pumped to welcome Zack Aker to our incredible Black Lotus team, starting August 24!

Zack specializes in blackwork and illustrative black and grey tattoos, with a focus on contrast, precision, and fine details. He also enjoys taking on small color pieces, geometric work, and psychedelic-style projects.

We’re thrilled to announce that Lindsay Dorman is joining Black Lotus Tattooers starting September 1!

Lindsay has spent the last 20 years of her career tattooing right here in Arizona, and we are beyond excited to welcome her to the Black Lotus crew. Some of the artists already got a chance to work alongside Lindsay this past weekend at the Hell City Tattoo Festival tattoo fest, where she and Byron worked on a cool collaboration piece together!

Come see Black Lotus Tattooers at the Hell City Tattoo Festival Tattoo Fest at the Arizona Biltmore, August 14-16! Byron Winkelman Brian Savage Allie Tippets and our friend Tommy Lee will be tattooing at the Black Lotus Tattooers booth.

Over the past 20 years, Black Lotus Tattooers has built a reputation for quality work, professionalism, and a collaborative studio culture.

We believe the best shops are built by artists who take pride in the shop they represent. When talented artists show up consistently, create great work, provide an exceptional client experience, and contribute to a professional studio, it strengthens our reputation and creates more opportunities for every artist on the team.

Our goal is simple. We remove as much of the day-to-day stress as possible so you can focus on what actually grows your career: creating great tattoos.

Here’s what we take care of:

✔ Established client base built over 20 years

✔ Client communication, bookings, deposits, scheduling, front desk support, and day-to-day shop logistics

✔ Marketing and shop promotions. If we run a promotion, it comes out of the shop’s pocket, not yours.

✔ Professional liability insurance, Bloodborne Pathogens training, shop supplies, credit card processing, and overhead

✔ Competitive artist splits with opportunities for growth based on performance

✔ Clean, professional studio with a collaborative culture

✔ Long-term stability with no booth rent commitment

We’re not looking to simply fill stations. We’re looking for the right fit.

Artists who already have clientele or are committed to building it. Artists who value professionalism, consistency, and want to be part of a studio that’s built to last.
