Emotional regulation meditation is a practice that helps you notice, accept, and calm strong feelings without fighting them.

How to Practice:
🧘🏻‍♀️ Find a comfortable seat: Sit or lie down in a quiet place.
🧘🏼‍♀️Notice your breath: Feel the air move in and out of your body. Slow your breathing down to help calm your nervous system.
🧘🏽‍♀️Locate the feeling: Find where the emotion lives in your body, like tightness in your chest or a knot in your stomach.
🧘🏾‍♀️Observe without judgment: Watch the physical sensations without trying to force them away.🧘🏿‍♀️Return gently: When your mind wanders or the feeling feels big, bring your attention back to your breath.
