Behind every rise to the top… is a team.

What began as a vision for something truly special for the Northland quickly became a massive undertaking. A complete remodel. Inspections. Licensing. Regulations. Permits. Paperwork. Long days. Longer to-do lists. And more moving pieces than anyone probably cared to count.

But Calli Brewer wasn’t doing it alone.

Alongside her every step of the way were Dave and Polly Brewer and Jennifer Gettman—co-owners who shared the vision, put in the work, and helped turn an empty space into something much bigger than four walls.

Together, they created **Inspire Adult Day Center**—a place designed to give adults a safe, welcoming environment to spend their days while providing meaningful activities, social connection, companionship, and opportunities to remain engaged in their community.

For families and caregivers, an adult day center can also provide something just as important: **peace of mind.** A place where their loved ones can be cared for, connected, active, and supported during the day.

It wasn't quick.
It wasn't easy.
And it definitely wasn't a one-woman operation.

It took vision.
It took persistence.
It took a village.

And that's how Calli and her team set out to become ** #1 in the Northland.**

Every strong tree starts with good roots.

And Inspire Adult Day Center is no different. 💛

At the heart of Inspire are two women whose experience, passion, and love for the people they serve have helped plant the roots of something truly special: Calli Brewer, Founder & Owner, and Jennifer Gettman, Co-Owner.

Calli’s journey began with a simple belief: no adult should lose their place in the community simply because they have aged out of the school system.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, Calli saw firsthand the gap in resources and social connections for adults with developmental and cognitive disabilities. She knew there had to be something more—a place where adults could continue to learn, grow, build friendships, experience joy, and feel like they truly belong.

That belief became the seed that grew into Inspire.

With the support of her parents, Polly and Dave Brewer, Calli began searching for the right place to bring her vision to life. When they found the building, they didn't just see four walls—they saw the possibility of putting down roots and creating a place where individuals and families could feel supported for years to come.

And then there was Jennifer.

With more than 40 years of experience as a licensed nursing home and adult day center administrator, Jennifer brought something incredibly valuable to the table: knowledge, leadership, and a lifetime of understanding what compassionate care should look like.

As Calli's aunt, mentor, and now co-owner, Jennifer has become an important branch of the Inspire family tree. Her experience leading three successful centers in the St. Charles/Wentzville area has helped provide the guidance and perspective needed to turn Calli's vision into something real.

Together, Calli and Jennifer are building something rooted in dignity, friendship, purpose, and professional excellence.

Because Inspire isn't simply a place to spend the day.

As a DSP, you might spend your day leading an activity, heading out into the community, helping someone learn a new skill, sharing a laugh over lunch, assisting with daily care, or cheering someone on as they accomplish something they’ve been working toward.

An Adult Day Center is a place where adults can spend their day in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment while enjoying activities, social connections, and meaningful experiences.

At Inspire, we're creating a welcoming community where participants can build friendships, explore their interests, stay active, and enjoy a sense of purpose and belonging. Whether someone is living with a disability, experiencing memory challenges, or simply looking for more social interaction during the day, an adult day center can provide support, enrichment, and peace of mind for families.
