Today feels like an invitation to exhale.
To release.
To reflect.
To let go of the things we have been carrying that no longer belong in the life we are creating.
As we move beyond the energy of the 8/8 Lion’s Gate Portal and into this New Moon, I keep coming back to one thought:
You are allowed to change.
Your goals are allowed to change.
Your dreams are allowed to look different than they did a year ago.
Your relationships may change.
Your priorities may shift.
The version of you that once felt right may not feel right anymore.
And that is okay.
Life has a way of changing so quickly. Sometimes beautifully. Sometimes painfully. And sometimes so unexpectedly that we barely have time to understand what happened before we're being asked to keep moving. But we aren't meant to stay the same forever.
We are meant to grow.
We are meant to learn.
We are meant to evolve.
Maybe the life you once pictured isn't the life you want anymore. Maybe you've outgrown something you once prayed for.
Maybe you're realizing that the person you're becoming needs something completely different than the person you used to be.
That doesn't mean you've failed. It means you've grown.
So today, give yourself a few quiet minutes.
Put down the phone.
Step outside.
Sit in the silence.
Take a deep breath.
Write down what you're ready to release.
Then write down what you want to welcome into this next version of your life.
What do you want to feel?
What do you want to create?
Who are you becoming?
What would your life look like if you stopped holding onto things simply because they were once part of the plan?
You don't have to figure everything out today.
You don't need all the answers.
You don't have to have the next five years mapped out.
Sometimes the next step is simply recognizing:
This no longer serves me, and I'm ready to let it go.
So if life feels heavy today, breathe.
If things haven't gone according to plan, breathe.
If you're standing somewhere you never expected to be, breathe.
Take a break. Reflect. Give yourself some grace.
You're still here.
You're still growing.
You're still becoming.
Your alive.
