Ankles tell stories? That's sounds like a load of ^%$ # , right? If your ankle looks a bit like this photo, it is telling you a ton. You probably just didn't understand what it's saying. Most people don't.

If you've got pain in your knee, check out your ankle.

And your foot too.

The knee is part of the movement pattern and the knee is often the place you first feel pain.

It's all about alignment.
