For people who do not want to bake their own bread, Aldi’s has come out with a new Organic Multigrain Sourdough Bread. It was surprisingly REALLY good for toast and has a very limited ingredient list for store bought bread.

4 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

For multigrain bread, it sadly only had 2 grams of fiber per slice so I couldn’t give it 5 stars.

The Good Points:
✅USDA Organic Traceable Flour
✅ Naturally Fermented Mother Sourdough
✅ Slow, natural, and long fermentation process
✅ Free from artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, seed oils, and vital wheat gluten

Are whole foods (no processing) the more excellent choice for your health?
ABSOLUTELY YES!

But I hear all the time from clients about how busy they are and they need healthier convenient food choices. They especially are looking for things to put in their children’s lunch bag and after school snacks.

These 2 foods are gluten free, non GMO, & dairy free. They are made with coconut and palm oil. Way better than the average choice for a snack and/or lunch boxes.

As far as my opinion for taste… 5 stars for both! They were really tasty.
