Possible symptoms include:

There isn't one perfect number for everyone. Your fluid intake, medications, caffeine, age, bladder function, and health can all affect how often you urinate.

But if you're constantly planning your day around the bathroom, waking repeatedly at night, or noticing a new change, don't simply assume it's normal.
