Most brand owners don’t realize this, but the most expensive label problems aren’t design issues — they’re technical issues that never get caught until money is already spent.
I see the same mistakes over and over again:
• Artwork sized fractions of an inch off → higher production cost
• Fonts that look great on screen but fail real-world readability
• Beautiful design that hide the product identity
• Missing compliance items no one noticed
• Wrong material for the container → peeling, wrinkling, bubbling
• Incorrect bleed/safe zones → print rejects
These aren’t “creative problems.”
They’re production problems — and they cost brands thousands every year.
Basic online printers simply print whatever you upload.
If the artwork has issues, it becomes your problem, not theirs.
In growth-stage CPG, you can’t afford preventable mistakes.
This is why every label should be checked by someone who knows print, compliance, materials, and packaging behavior — not just design.
