ARE ALL RESULTS THE SAME ?? 🏃🏃‍♀️

The term “results” needs to be defined.

In today’s fitness industry, people often confuse performance outputs with sustainable human function.
🚫
Running faster, jumping higher, lifting more weight, or improving arbitrary assessment numbers does not automatically mean the body is functioning better.
🪫
The real question is:
How did the body produce those outputs?
👍
At FPNJ, results are based on observable changes in:
• gait mechanics
• posture under movement
• pressure distribution
• rotational organization
• joint sequencing
• force transfer throughout the body
🔌🔋
This is why before and after video analysis matters so much.
📊
The body operates through relationships between joints, gravity, pressure, and timing. If those relationships become more organized, performance tends to become more sustainable over time.📈

Someone can improve numbers while simultaneously:
• increasing asymmetry
• reinforcing compensation patterns
• overloading joints
• creating more long term wear and tear
📉

That is why assessments alone do not equal results. ⚖️

Functional Patterns prioritizes organizing the body around the Big 4️⃣:
standing,🧍🧍‍♀️
walking, 🚶🚶‍♀️
running, 🏃🏃‍♀️
and throwing. 🦾

Without understanding how the human body is designed to transfer force through these patterns, “results” become subjective. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Most systems are built around scalability, entertainment, and output metrics. ⛔️

FP is built around biomechanics and sustainable human function. 🤔

Those are two completely different goals.

Here are some testimonial highlights we want to share. There will be more over time as this continues to grow.

We are grateful for the community being built here. It has come together organically through people putting in the work and seeing real changes in their bodies and lives.

Less pain. Better movement. More awareness of what the body actually needs.

We will continue to show what it looks like to be part of this environment and what happens when inputs start to align with how the body is meant to function.newjersey s.lambert .welch__ .kijne

Wednesday being BJJ has kicked off with our HBS practitioners X .welch__ leading the way. The aim is to learn something new aiming for ways to get our bodies to learn to integrate. We went over guard passing concepts and how to transition once we pass. Excited to learn leverage in new ways for our clients and practitioners 💥 .s.lambert

Our program is built around one goal:
help kids learn how to move the right way.

We focus on enhancing from the fundamentals:
standing, walking, running, and throwing

Our aim is to get everyone we work with to understand how to use their bodies with strength, coordination, and confidence.🎯

Kids connect with us because of the attention we give, the environment we create, and the effort we put into making sure they’re set up for the future.
This isn’t just training ‼️
it’s education, empowerment, and real results.
