Everyone is looking for youthfulness, better health and happiness. The good news is it is attainable for us all, as our cells can regenerate. But to be your best; you need to cleanse, nourish and support yourself nutritionally, spiritually and emotionally. Since 2002, I have studied in the fields of Aromatherapy and raw living foods. I earned certificates in International Aromatherapy and Metabolic Pathways and Strategies. I also practiced and earned certificates for Living Foods Lifestyle® and did a one month internship at the Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute. I have incorporated both, Aromatherapy and Living Foods Lifestyle® into my daily life to support my mental, neurological, physical and spiritual well-being with good results, and have been fortunate to share my knowledge and experience with others. Living Foods Lifestyle® was developed by Dr. Ann Wigmore based upon three decades of research. Among her many accomplishments, Ann Wigmore was presented with a Recognition Award for work in the field of Youthfulness and for Efforts in Regeneration of Human Cells and Tissues in 1971. Living foods are uncooked nutritious foods such as greens, vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains, and sprouted seeds which are needed optimal health. French school International Aromatherapy is the use of medicinal quality essential oils to effectively balance and support our body, mind and spirit. Aromatherapy is the oldest form of medicine, used effectively around the world for centuries. Of late, its health supporting properties have been recognized by mainstream medicine, and has been extensively researched in many countries. Pubmed, the United States National Library of Medicine at the National Institutes of Health, has over 10,000 research records on Aromatherapy.) In France, insurance companies recognize and pay for Aromatherapy medical treatment. This morning, I had to take care of 2 itchy spots on my body. They were too much for me to handle. I also had one on my leg. Basically, my body was communicating with itself, trying to regenerate the flow from preceding areas.
I used an essential oils blend, which I hope my body used in not just the itchy spot.
I feel good now ;) and ready for my morning walk , etc.
it feels great to know that my friend is doing much much better!
I wish I learnt to be more accepting of death of others…

Delicious!
And such a beautiful warm color.
First, I squeezed lemon, and then juiced a piece of Granny Smith apple, cucumber, red beats and carrots.
No recipes- just drinking what my body asked for

I fell in the snow probably a month ago, yet my finger was still hurting.

I decided to do a compress on my finger.
First, I rubbed hot essential oils blend Panaway on my finger and then I put a moist hot towel on it, and held it for about 15 minutes. It felt hotter and hotter! I recalled my mom putting mustard sheets on our back and chest for 10 minutes as we were recuperating from a “cold or a flu”.

The next day my thumb felt so much better, I decided to do a compress on my neck.

Why didn't I use essential oils from the start?

After I fell, I made sure that my finger could bend and then it didn't hurt unless I used it. So I decided to let my finger take care of itself. However, it seems I didn’t learn from my previous experience when my dog bit my thumb on my right hand. The bone bump is still there

Our body prioritizes constantly to maintain itself. Sometimes, it takes longer to get to some areas. An itch or pain will remind it to focus on that specific area.

A short post - translating for my non-English speaking friends

You Are Who You Are
I have come to a conclusion that each person may have the physical symptoms reflecting their emotional personality type.

For example, I always have problems, when I do, with my digestion, because I may not readitly accept (or "digest") reality.

Without going deeper into the personal record, I just want to leave you with that thought...

Circulation Light
Have you had Christmas string lights go off when one light bulb burnt? In some lights strings, depending on the wiring, a whole light string would not work, in some, only a section.

Same in our body - circulation is important, and it is connected to our head and body connection by neck - medulla oblongata.

Something to keep in mind whenever we get hurt or off balance - to support that area.

There are many ways to support our body's healing and recovery. One way is to use imagery - imagining light traveling through out your body. Fascinating! I love using aromatherapy too.

Yesterday, an acquaintance complained of her sinus and headache. The problem was actually in her neck - I suggested using the Valor blend, which is known as a "chiropractor in a bottle". And it worked for her! I also sent her my body alignment post.

Here is a post from my good late friend - Compression Socks Off

If I get injured, I make sure to move that area as soon as possible, avoiding physical therapy in the future (I rarely go for one, as I like to take care of my body myself). After I fell off the bicicle, I couldn't bend my arm, yet I didn't leave it alone from day one

The more we learn to take care of ourselves, the less unnecessary suffering we will endure.

Priceless book by Gary Young.
And even more dear to me having him sign it.

Nowadayas, there are millions of less than a minute videos with advices on anything and everything under the sun.
I value my time and prefer solid knowledge.

I wrote a book also on my aromatherapy experience and raw vegetarian foods / recipes. I hope my friends open it once in while :)

However, before I do, I want to create and be useful

Wendy Craig at 91 — looking as lovely now as she did then. Few actors have been quite so quietly present in British television history. From the late 1960s onwards, Craig became a familiar face in homes across the country, bringing warmth, intelligence and emotional honesty to roles that reflected everyday life rather than theatrical showmanship.

She first made her mark in Not in Front of the Children, winning the 1969 BAFTA for Best Actress, before going on to lead And Mother Makes Three/Five. Her most enduring role came with Butterflies (1978–83), where her portrayal of Ria Parkinson — thoughtful, conflicted and restless — struck a chord with a generation. She also showed her creative range by creating, co-writing and starring in Nanny, and later took on gentler authority as the Matron in The Royal.

Craig continued acting well into her 80s, appearing in Death in Paradise, Unforgotten, The Worst Witch and Emmerdale, proving her screen presence had lost none of its appeal. In 2020, she was appointed CBE in the New Year Honours, recognising not only her contribution to drama but also her charitable work — a fitting acknowledgement of a long and thoughtful career.

Born in Sacriston, County Durham, Craig was brought up in the North East before training at RADA. She was married to trombonist and journalist Jack Bentley from 1955 until his death in 1994, and has two sons, Alastair — a professional oboist — and Ross. Open about her faith and her life experiences, she has always spoken with the same candour she brought to her performances — grounded, reflective, and unmistakably her own.

Use your intuition! :)

This string of lights didn’t work - we were ready to throw it out, when I said to myself - use your intuition.
And guess what :).
I got the right bulb out and replaced it with the good one!
Out of so many lights I went for the bad one!
