🚫 Skip the coffee & caffeine
🩳 Bring shorts
🧦 No compression the day before or day of your ultrasound
⚠️ Exception: Post-procedure ultrasounds
🩹 Wound Care patients: leave wraps/dressings on
🦵 Use your lymphedema pumps within 24 hours if applicable
