Not everything needs lifting… sometimes it needs rebuilding ✨

This patient initially came in requesting PDO threads—something she had always done before. But instead of repeating the same approach, we focused on what her face actually needed: strategic volume restoration and true collagen support.

We started with filler in the temples and cheeks to rebalance and support her structure, and she is now in process with Sculptra and Microneedling sessions to rebuild collagen over time.

This is just her preliminary before & after—and we’re already seeing softer transitions, better support, and a more refreshed look… without overfilling or jumping straight to threads.

PDO threads still have a place—but as the final touch, not the starting point in some patients.
