Deepithelialized free gingival graft. In this case tunnel technique used on the recipient site. This is a 2 week post op healing. She wore teeth designed socks for her surgery day and that was cute! Sutures were removed last week at 13 days post op.

Case update. After 4 months of healing #8 replaced with a BLT Straumann .us. Restorative driven treatment planning. Soft tissue deficiency addressed with a connective tissue graft harvested from the palate. Immediate temporary placed by . #7 and #9 composites will be changed during the final restoration on #8. Patient happy he left the office with a full smile.
