This weekend, some of the YCB team completed a 50-mile trek through Havasupai to the Confluence, where the bright blue waters of Havasu Creek meet the green Colorado River.

Sarah created YCB to recover from adventures exactly like this. The miles are tough, but all those cold plunges made the many chilly river crossings more enjoyable and helped prepare us for the challenge.

Recovery isn’t just for athletes—it’s for anyone who loves getting out and living life to the fullest.
