Some weeks are more stressful than others. God understands and gave us this beautiful world to ground us.
Movement is good for nearly every condition.
Go run up the steps, stroll around the lake, hike the hills.

Good morning!
Your perspective on life is just as important as all of the other lifestyle choices you make. We can choose to see only the struggle, only the restrictions, and the unpleasant diagnosis or we can choose to see the beauty in our surroundings, the people who lift us up, and the community that supports us.
It is so important after the initial disappointment that you don’t get stuck there.

Sometimes there is a run on urinary symptoms. Not sure why, but in medicine things seem to come in 3s.
3 abnormal urines.
That’s at least simple. Some days are much more complicated and heartbreaking.

UTI prevention—. Stay hydrated, p*e after in*******se, wear loose/breathable fabrics, vaginal estrogen for post menopausal women, treat prostate issues for men (overnight frequent urination, stream splitting, incomplete emptying), control blood sugars for diabetics, proper hygiene (daily shower, proper wiping for kids), treat hard stools (constipation increases risks of urinary infection).

I did not want to get on board with prescribing of the GLP one injections. I am just that person who does not like to go with trends, I need long term data, I don’t want my patients to be the first with weird side effects. However, I do see them being a super useful tool for my patients with metabolic diseases and rheumatoid like pain.
One shot a week eliminated 5 other medications!
