The Day Center is the home base for many of PACE at Hudson Headwaters' services, including meals, social activities, physical and occupational therapy, personal care and more. At PACE, physical and occupational therapy are part of helping participants stay mobile, safe, and independent.
Our PT and OT services are provided right at the PACE Day Center, with a focus on preventing falls, maintaining function, and supporting participants in doing the things that matter to them.
