This post may mildly offend my hairdresser friends ā€” respectfully šŸ˜Œ

A few women have asked how I keep my color fresh between salon visits, so hereā€™s exactly what I do.

I touch up the top at home every few weeks, then still go to the salon when it actually matters.

It saves time, keeps things looking polished, saves a little bit of money,and doesnā€™t require a three-hour appointment.

Retire Being On Repeat.

Patterns On Repeat:

* Negative self talk
* Gossiping over same people
* Same arguments over and over šŸ™„
*Diet Launch Date ( which never comes )
* Same route to work
* Same vacation spots
* Same makeup looks
* Same clothing ( even tho you said you would switch it up this summer )
* Same naughty s*x positions ( yawn )
* Same people, hobbies, things , places

I could go on and on but I think you get it ā€¦..
