I am now starting to post either informational, fun or silly posts about the body. So here we go!

What is fascia?
Fascia is a tough, stretchy connective tissue that weaves throughout your entire body like an intricate web. It surrounds and supports your muscles, nerves, bones, organs and blood vessels - keepings everything connected and working together.
When fascia becomes tight, or restricted (often from stress, injury, trauma, poor posture or even dehydration), it can cause pain and dysfunction in surprising places. You might feel odd sensations, stiffness, chronic pain, or even symptoms that don't seem to match where the problem actually is....... because fascia connects EVERYTHING :)

Massage and myofascial work help release restrictions, restore mobility and bring back balance.
