YOUR FILLER AFTERCARE MATTERS 💉✨

Getting dermal filler is only part of the process. What you do after your appointment can be just as important as the treatment itself.

Your injector can use the best product, the right technique, and place everything beautifully—but your body still needs time to heal and allow that filler to settle.

After filler, we recommend:

✨ Avoid strenuous exercise for the first 24 hours
✨ Avoid excessive heat, saunas, hot tubs, and steam rooms for 24–48 hours
✨ Avoid alcohol for about 24 hours when possible, as it can increase bruising
✨ Avoid unnecessary pressure or massage to the treated area unless your injector specifically tells you otherwise
✨ Keep the area clean and follow any instructions regarding makeup or skincare
✨ Expect some swelling, tenderness, firmness, or bruising—especially during the first few days
✨ Be patient! Filler needs time to settle, and swelling can temporarily make things look uneven

And most importantly: follow the specific instructions your injector gives you. Different products and treatment areas may require different aftercare.

Beautiful results are a partnership between your injector and YOU. 🤍 Following your aftercare instructions helps support proper healing, minimize avoidable swelling and bruising, and protect your final result.
