I walked in the spa yesterday for a staff meeting and this is what I see! It’s not often we see Nikki laying down and relaxing for any length of time! But don’t worry, she quickly got up and we started our meeting and just let me tell y’all, the events and specials and stuff that we have coming up in the next few months is actually insane! 🔥 Life right now? Total dumpster fire.

Back-to-school is back, the sports schedules are insane, the school schedules are somehow even worse, and we’re all just trying to keep up. 😂

But here’s the thing: self-care matters. 💗🦋

Sometimes taking an hour for yourself, getting a facial, and shutting out the chaos is exactly what you need to come back and start putting out those life fires. 🔥➡️💆‍♀️😂

Apparently, Nikki Was Right 😂💋

First picture: Me thinking my lips were perfectly fine.

Nikki: “You need them done again babe.” She’s allowed to boss me around bc she my best friend and always keeps it real.

I didn’t believe her—until I saw this after picture pop up on my phone. 😂

And apparently it wasn’t just my lips. Nikki added some filler around my mouth and cheeks and probably a little tox in my chin, too. Basically, she had a whole plan that I apparently needed to trust. 😂 Also a disclaimer, I do not know exactly what she did around my mouth and my cheeks. I just sit there and let her do her thing! You should do the same! I’ve never regretted it!!

It’s also a good reminder that it’s not always just about lip filler. Everything around the mouth and cheeks works together, so sometimes a little attention to the surrounding areas can make the lips look more balanced and the whole lower face look more refreshed.

Posting this for accountability because apparently… I need my lips done again. 💋😂
