August is here! Where has the summer gone?

I have a really unique retreat opportunity for those that are interested. On Sunday, August 9th, we have a half day retreat called "Healing by the Heard." In addition to a sound bath, this day will include time with horses, Reiki, and light refreshments. Use this opportunity to rest, connect, and ground.

I'll be back at The Copper Cave Salt Cave on the 6th and 18th but spots are already limited.

I'll also be back at Revive Wellness and Apollo Sunrise Center.
