We have a couple of edits to the schedule. We have added a Wednesday at 7 a.m. Good Morning Vinyasa taught by Kelly, and once a month, starting with a class on 6/18, Jenn will be offering Core and Restore:
All levels! No standing up or complex choreography. Join us for a 75-minute class designed entirely low to the mat. We’ll spend the first half building deep, functional core strength and stability. Then, we completely switch gears- the second half of class is dedicated to deep, prop-supported restorative shapes to melt away tension in your lower back, hips, and mind. You'll leave feeling strong, centered, and deeply relaxed.

It’s Friday night… how are you going to spend it?

After a long workweek, when the weight of responsibilities lingers on your shoulders and your mind is still moving at weekday speed, Friday evening is a chance to shift gears. As the seasons continue to change, there’s a natural flux in the world around us—longer days, new energy, subtle transitions. Our bodies and minds feel that movement too.

Join us for Friday Exhale, a chance to wring out the week, release tension, and come back to yourself in a positive, healthy way. Then stay and settle into stillness during a Sound Bath with Erica, where soothing vibrations help quiet the mind and create space for deep calm.

Let this Friday night be more than recovery—let it be renewal.
