We have a couple of edits to the schedule. We have added a Wednesday at 7 a.m. Good Morning Vinyasa taught by Kelly, and once a month, starting with a class on 6/18, Jenn will be offering Core and Restore:
All levels! No standing up or complex choreography. Join us for a 75-minute class designed entirely low to the mat. We’ll spend the first half building deep, functional core strength and stability. Then, we completely switch gears- the second half of class is dedicated to deep, prop-supported restorative shapes to melt away tension in your lower back, hips, and mind. You'll leave feeling strong, centered, and deeply relaxed.
